At DIXXON EUROPE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your flannel or gear doesn't fit quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
